When we have signature glasses, both for sunglasses and for vision, and one of its parts breaks or is damaged, we all want them to be repairable so that we don't get rid of our favorite glasses. Let's see when repairing glasses is possible and when not.

If a rod breaks or its color wears out from use, it really cannot be repaired, but that does not mean we should throw away our glasses. We can purchase only a replacement of the original temples of our glasses at a much lower cost than the complete glasses.
Broken or scratched lenses:

When glasses can be repaired:
Bent or too open temples:
It happens that, from the daily use of glasses, they become unbalanced in shape and lose their symmetry. In any optician they will be able to return to the original shape as long as it is not a very large deformation. Caveat! Leave it to professionals to handle the frame of your glasses, so you will avoid breaking it.
Lenses that come out:
Due to a small deformation in the frame, the lenses may come out, this can also be solved at your nearest optician.
Small parts:
Screws, plates, terminals…. They can be replaced and your glasses will be new.
